During my time living with Thai Buddhist monks in the southern part of Nepal and helping them with language assistance and various volunteer work, such as teaching local children and adults. This experience allowed me to meet many Thai superstars, as well as prominent businessmen and women and other elite individuals.
One of the things was that many businessmen and celebrities would ask me to take them to visit local villagers' homes so that their children could learn about the hardships of life.
And teach them to be grateful for the life they have.
It may seem like I am speaking negatively about my own country, but the truth should be accepted as it is.
If I do not read or listen to Ryan Holiday talking about Stoic philosophies; while working, I enjoy watching the daily lives of people, whether they are from the East or the West.

I often watch videos from the YouTube channel Tibet Travel, which shares the stories of Tibetans and their nomadic daily lives. How do they live? What do they do from early morning until sunset? What foods do they eat? What is their main source of income?
Try to watch documentaries that teach the lessons of pain, hardship, and life.
They will help you appreciate life and be thankful for what you have.
